Adorned with diamonds and rubies, the tiara showcases a radiant lotus design and Mughal-inspired arches. This marked the first occasion Princess Kate Middleton has worn this tiara, with many considering it the most sizable and exceptional piece she has ever worn.

Jeweler Garrard reports that Prince Albert commissioned the tiara for Queen Victoria in 1853. This stunning jewelry piece features 2,600 diamonds and has been worn by both the Queen Mother and Queen Elizabeth II.

In addition, Kate Middleton finished her ensemble with earrings from the late Queen Elizabeth, a Royal Victorian Order ribbon and star, and a black clutch.

Earlier on December 3rd, Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton welcomed German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier and his wife, Elke Büdenbender, at Heathrow Airport in London, commencing a three-day state visit that marks the first German state visit to the UK in 27 years.

For the welcoming, Kate Middleton chose a blue Alexander McQueen coat, designed by Sarah Burton, along with a navy Burberry dress, suede boots, and a Juliette Botterill hat.

Her look was completed with two-tiered sapphire and diamond earrings – a wedding present to Princess Diana from Crown Prince Fahd of Saudi Arabia – and a feather brooch from the Prince of Wales. The brooch, featuring three ostrich feathers and a central crown, has been worn by both Princess Diana and Queen Camilla.

The Duchess has recently gained attention for sporting longer, lighter hair. She revealed her hair transformation to actress Su Pollard at the Royal Variety Performance last month.

Upon receiving a compliment from Su Pollard about her lighter hair, Kate Middleton responded, “I used to have brown hair, but the sun has lightened it.”

Kate Middleton showcased her light honey-colored hair in September at an event held at the Natural History Museum. However, just two days later, at the Women’s Rugby World Cup, her hair appeared darker, resembling her traditional brown style.
